Grandparents two sons, two daughter-in-law's five grandchildren - we had a blast made lots of memories had lots of fun enjoyed the house, the elk, the deer, the mountains, the sledding, the screaming eagle, Alto lake and ski Apache! The restaurants we ate at were great. Hope to return in the near near future!

Despite LIFE's unexpected bumps prior to the start of our adventure…arriving to Beautiful Serenity Lodge had a calming effect. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals (next time I won't pack my kitchen-LOL!). Game Room and Hot Tub were Favorite areas!! Living room had wonderful views, large windows. Beautiful & Comfortable furniture. Large Decks - however unable to use due to wet weather, had breathtaking views! Perfect Location. Easy Accessibility to grocery stores, sleigh rides, parade, sledding and sightseeing/shopping in Ruidoso. Apartment over garage was the perfect retreat for my children used to quiet! Cannot NOT comment on the Master Bath - Beautifully designed and that HUGE Shower - Amazing!! Great Value!!

This property was a hidden gem nestled in the mountains of Ruidoso. It was everything we could have wanted or hoped for to relax, enjoy and make memories in for our family Christmas; it even came with a fully decorated Christmas tree. There were 11 family members and, with the mother-in-law's suite above the garage, it offered enough space for all, while still being cozy. The game room, which includes a pool table, was a hit with everyone. It was also clear that the cleaning crew takes their job seriously as it was immaculate. If there was anything to improve upon, it might just be having the driveway shoveled or ice melt put down prior to guest arrival. Have already recommended this property to other family members and friends. Serenity Lodge certainly lives up to its name!

THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY FAMILY AND I. THE ROOM ADDITION OVER THE GARAGE WAS A NICE PLACE FOR MY TEENAGE CHILDREN. JUST HAD A SMALL ISSUE USING THE FANCY SHOWER BUT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SHOWED UP QUICKLY TO HELP US.LOL

This cabin was very clean and very well kept. It was a beautiful place for me and my family to stay. It was a great time. All of the amenities you could ask for. would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in such a large cabin.

Great place overall. Had a few things pop up early but got them handled promptly and didn't interfere with the trip at all. For sure a place we would stay again, and I highly recommend to others with large groups.

This cabin was perfect for our four families. The space above the garage allowed us to have private space but still plenty of room to gather in the main house dining/living room and game room. The place was very clean and we enjoyed using the hot tub. We highly recommend this place and would return the next time we visit.

We had a wonderful time and the amount of space was great. There were a few drawbacks: The master bathroom did not have a door. It would be nice to have a door, or even just a curtain. There were some complicated things that were difficult to figure out, like the master shower, and fan/light switch panel in the bedroom upstairs. Maybe adding some instructions would be helpful. Some basic amenities in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, and a dish towel would have been nice. In the mother in law suite, there was gum stuck on the night stand, and the washing machine kept coming on and beeping until we hit cancel. The home was beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The view was incredible. The house was bigger than we expected it to be. We were amazed with how well it was cleaned and set up. Everything about this property, blew us away. It was definately a peaceful weekend and such a fun time! My kids really loved it as well!

Your beautiful lodge in the pines was more than we had ever imagined!We were told to expect the un-expected and we were still surprised to see your beautiful home as a Rental! From the Keurig coffee makers to the spacious bedrooms and most comfortable beds, and quality linens and towels, you spared no expense to provide the most wonderful experience for our party of nine. Enough said. We hope it is available next fall!

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our small group to stay while attending a conference at the MCM Elegante conference center. I am looking forward to returning with our extended family. It's large enough for everyone to find there own space, and the common areas are perfect for a group to hang out comfortably. The Great Room is inviting with a huge, rustic vaulted ceiling. The Game Room was a fun place in the evenings, with a pool table, large TV, comfy couch and 4-top table that was perfect for playing cards. Our favorite place was the deck! The views were amazing and Ruidoso is a peaceful retreat to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your home. We'll be back!

Hi!, I stayed at this property for two days in Ruidoso in late July. This is a beautiful, clean and well kept "cabin style" home-multi level off a private loop road. We stayed in the upper rooms over the garage which is really a small home itself with small kitchen, living room and everything needed for a relaxing stay.The larger home has multi level decks that overlook the woods and is private. Both places are beautifully decorated. I highly recommend staying at this lovely property.
