Hummingbird Cabins began providing exceptional property management services in 1998 and is a locally owned company in Ruidoso. We have over 25 local team members involved in managing, booking, maintaining, and cleaning our 100+ vacation rental homes.

Our sister company, the full-service real estate brokerage Rio Ruidoso Company, has over a dozen licensed associate brokers. Manda Tomison is the Qualifying Broker for both companies.

We are fortunate to call the Village of Ruidoso home and love sharing our little mountain paradise with our guests. Although the activities may seem endless year-round, our visitors report that their favorite activity is simply relaxing and enjoying the cool pines and lovely mountain views. Ruidoso is famous worldwide for being the home of the richest quarter horse race, The All American Futurity. Live racing occurs each summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Wintertime activities include Ski Apache, known for its sunny, warm ski days.
