Rental Cleaning Guidelines

**Please Note: These cleaning procedures do not guarantee the total elimination of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Our top priority is the health and safety of each of our guests. We know that first impressions are important, so the cleanliness and appearance of each cabin has to live up to our guest's high standards. Hummingbird Cabins prides itself on the ability to provide quality, clean, and stress-free rentals. We adapt to the changing times and so do our cleaning guidelines.

Please review our new cleaning guidelines below. Hummingbird Cabins wants to ensure that each family has the best vacation possible.

Cleaning Guidelines for Each Cabin

**Please Note: From May 15th, 2020 to June 15th, 2020, we allow a 4-day grace period between reservations to ensure all new cleaning procedures are conducted properly and effectively.

Rooms are ventilated before each cleaning:
- Allow fresh air to circulate for at least 20 minutes. If possible, leave all windows open during the entire cleaning process.
Gloves are worn during the cleaning process.
Hands are washed and gloves are changed between each cleaning:
- Use of soap and water are frequent; as well as, hand sanitizers before and after each cleaning.
Cleaning is performed then disinfectant is used:
- Approved cleaning and disinfectant products are used that are safe for guests and their pets.
- Cleaning with soap and approved cleaning products is used first to remove dirt, germs, and other impurities. Disinfectants are then used to ensure that all germs and potential viruses are eliminated.
All rugs, sofas, drapes, and other soft surfaces are vacuumed thoroughly:
- Vacuum contents are emptied after each use.
All hot tubs are cleaned and serviced thoroughly between stays.
