The cabin has a great location and it's very comfortable for the family. We had a couple of issues however Hummingbird Cabins were responsive and solution oriented!

Great place to stay with family. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish and gadget you could imagine. The only thing to note is the house is right off a busy main street. So we weren't able to go for many walks. There is so much fun to be had n Ruidoso that we didn't mind much.

Great place to stay, host is really responsive. The photos do not justice to this place, conveniently located if you want to go ski apache, just a couple of minutes away from downtown. The place was really clean.

This was our first time renting and staying at the property. Home was beautiful and location was perfect to the town. I love the ambience and the feeling of being home even though it wasn't ours! There were a few dust bunnies under beds that we cleaned but other than that it was great and we'll be returning!

Enjoyed our stay in this really nice home. It was comfortable for 3 couples. Hot tub was great after skiing. Kitchen was fully equipped for our breakfast cooking and a couple of dinners. Close to the ski resort; 30 minute drive. There is only seating for 5 in the living room, but we brought a comfy chair from one of the bedrooms so it worked out. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

I would like to start by saying that the customer service by Hummingbird Cabins was absolutely wonderful, especially the service from Tish, she was extremely helpful, patient and informative.
The great mountain pleasure cabin was a huge hit for my family. It was a beautiful, clean, spacious cabin which comfortably slept eight. The view was wonderful, not to mention the deer my kids saw in the mornnings.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can not wait to go back. Again, thanks Humming bird cabins for recommending this cabin.

I rented this property last minute and your always a little adamant about the property but the photos listed on the website where true. The property was a little further up from ruidoso but conveniently located. The property is in a beautiful peaceful area and when we arrived Thanksgiving morning we were pleasantly greeted by the deer. Our family from Denver and Albuquerque met us there and we had a very enjoyable stay. We cooked all weekend and loved the amenities. I highly recommend this property if your looking for a family getaway. We felt right at home!! I think we've started a new Thanksgiving tradition...? Thank you for the memorable Thanksgiving Holiday!!

We stayed at A Great Mountain Pleasure and it was like a huge condo in paradise. Very clean, spacious and updated. Our only complaint is that when we got there, the grill was really dirty. But other than that, we loved the place and had a great time. One more thing, we got a little lost driving to the home, so I called the office local number. The lady who answered the phone was really helpful. She gave us good directions and was really nice. After we got to the home, she called us back to check and see if we had found the place. She was genuinely concerned and courteous. I didn’t get her name, but it was after 4 pm on Sat 10/8/16 the time I talked to her. I really want to thank you for helping us find the place.

I spent 4 days at the ‘ A Great Mountain Pleasure – 692’ and it was a great place, perfect location away from the busy town with peace and quiet like I had hoped. The house was clean and better than expected. Everything was in good condition and as good or better than described. The office staff that I spoke with on a few occasions were more than helpful and very accommodating. I will be staying there again next time I visit. Thanks
