The house is a little outdated but overall a great experience. There were a few minor issues such as the pool table being a tad run down, flooring scratched up near the pool house. The pool and hot tub were a complete joy! Lots of space for our family to enjoy the cabin. Such an awesome weekend, thanks to hummingbird cabins!

Little bear lodge is a great spot for families to come together and hang out! The size of it accommodated my family, my sister's, and my parents along with my three other siblings. The ppool was awesome, perfect for the kids to get their energy out!

We LOVED this house. It is so spacious and has so much character. The location was away from neighbors and close to town. Everything was exactly as they advertised. The pool was a hit for the kids and the gated yard for the dogs was a bonus perk! We will be back for sure!

The cabin was great and the amenities awesome. Great experience with family, everyone felt as home. The renting process was very quick and easy, the cabin was very good, only a few, non-considered big issues, due to the life of the cabin. Very clean and comfortable!!!!

100% recommended. Great location, about a 20 min drive to town. Big and spacious house, everything was clean, no AC, but we didn't need it considering the season in which we visit. House had towels, a few pans, two TV's, pool was clean and fun! Regarding the carpet thing, yes it has its stains BUT, if you don't plan on sleeping on the floor it shouldn't stop you from staying in this house.

No need to even leave that cabin due to the pool alone. the kids had the best time which is very important to us. No time limit to swim like a public pool. home has plenty of area to hang out and lounge around. we had a blast.

So entertaining for our family of all ages! My kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and dancing. The kitchen was accommodating for our large family. The fireplace was so relaxing after a day on the slopes, as was the hot tub! We will definitely be back. Awesome location!

This cabin was very comfortable for our large group. We never ran out of hot water which was a plus. There was no snow until the day before we left. Our group enjoyed having the swimming pool and game room.

A wonderful place for a large family gathering . There is plenty of room for 18 people and they allow pets. The pool and game room were amazing. The master suite is amazing. A few things need to be fixed, but Hummingbird fixed everything we asked them to right away.

We had 6 adults, 7 children, and 1 infant. Everyone had a blast! Plenty of space, everything we needed, deer were everywhere, the hot tub was perfect, pool was incredible.... we loved it!

Great Pool and Hot Tub Set Up for Family get togethers. Property could use some updates but over all it is a great place to gather and have fun. The addition of more items to the kitchen such as knives forks etc. would be helpful.

Great place. Fun for a get together with family and friends. Beautiful scenery at night. You can see the stars shine so bright at night from any balcony. The pool and Jacuzzi were a great addition. Kept the kids from being bored. Amazing home.

Had a wonderful time with our friends and family! The pool and hot tub were amazing and kept everyone entertained. The only bad experience we had was the power going out for one whole night and did not come back on till 5 in the morning. We also got to see lots of wild life both elk and deer on the property which was really cool. Our over all experience was really great we enjoyed it also enjoyed fishing at Alto lake.

This is a gorgeous place with a beautiful view. It is very family friendly. The layout is convenient and appealing. The balconies add to the beautiful view of trees. We saw 7 deer walk up just a few feet from the hot tub and maybe some wild horses. It sits away from town in a perfect secluded spot. The internet service was great. The maintenance person helped us immediately when we had trouble locating the WIFI info. I cannot day enough. The master bathroom is fit for a QUEEN! There is also an antique claw foot tub on the main floor bathroom. They even provided laundry soap, and we needed it! WE LOVED IT!!!

This place is gigantic. Plenty of room for a large family or a couple families. Private and easy to get to. Was very happy with the kitchen supplies, i,e.. spices, cookwear, ect... Home is a little older and could use some updating, but very nice. Kids really enjoyed the indoor private pool. We hope to come back again and again.

Love how open this house was. So much room up and downstairs. The pool was incredibly warm and fun! We were so high up in he mountains that the view to get there was gorgeous! The house itself was nice and cozy. There are some things in the home that are out dated but we definitely enjoyed our family time! Would love to go back again but when there is snow. We went for a family get together and celebration for new beginnings we took little kids and it was just great. So much running room and things to do for them instead of being locked in a Hotel. We were able to cook out together and laugh and enjoy our stay. Enough linens and pillows and bed for us all. Highly recommended

Beautiful home! The rooms are actually bigger than they look in the pictures! Great space for our large family reunion! Wonderful location, only about 15 minutes to most of the things we wanted to do in town! Loved the pool!!!

House is great and hold large groups wonderfully! It is a bit date with a few loose tiles but was very clean and spacious! We definitely plan on returning to this house! The house was date with a few tiles loose but other than that there were no complaints! We went our friends and children for my husbands 30th birthday. The house held all of us perfectly and had more than enough room to run and play without waking babies up from naps. There was pretty much zero snow so I'm really glad we got the house with the pool!

The house is decent, family and especially the kids had fun with the pool. There are some issues that would be nice if they could be addressed. Not all doors were in working conditions. Carpets are stained.

We stayed at the Little Bear Lodge. It is a wonderful property for a large group! Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend Hummingbird Cabins when booking in the Ruidoso area.
