Nice location near midtown (walkable) amd near Grindstone Lake. Plenty of wildlife around as well. The hottub was nice and tje kids enjoyed the gameroom. Overall a solid stay

Absolutely beautiful property and home, the hot tub at night is a MUST!! The game room is a bit dated and the pool table is tilted so it is kind of hard to play but everything else was amazing! Ruidoso is a wonderful little town and this place was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do!

Beautiful cabin, easy access to everything Midtown, casino, lakes and a lot of friendly deer in the neighborhood which made our kids very happy, cabin was super clean in and out.

I stayed here on a weekend getaway with my son and two of his friends from NMSU. The property was central to everything. The hot tub was a welcome respite from our busy days of golf and hiking. The game room/man cave was simple but absolutely perfect for the older teens. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 had the best week at License to Chill. The kitchen was stocked great for cooking meals, the game room and hot tub kept everyone busy. No one wanted to leave the house.

Great place to stay. Was able to walk down to the shops and restaurants. If you want to drive it's only a couple minutes away. Lots of space for bigger families. Really enjoyed the pool room and the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at the License to Chill cabin. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and organized, perfect for cooking. Great entertainment room with a pool table. The location was perfect since everything is close by. We had a good experience!

The house is comfortable and had everything we needed to chill. Hot tub was hot and the game room was fun. It has a bit of wear and tear but everything works and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time

We called about 3 times to asked about the hot tub it didn't let us turn on the Jets or the light or change the temperature it stayed at 80 degrees and it was just blinking..

Our family of 4 enjoyed out stay at License to Chill very much. The cabin was in a great location! It was close to everything in town and had all the amenities we needed. We found a few ants in the bathroom, but that's nature! All in all, the place was very clean and comfortable. We will consider staying at this location again in the future. Hummingbird Cabins was very accommodating. Since we arrived in town earlier than expected, they let us check in at 2pm at no extra cost. Although we didn't use the hot tub, there was one at the property. Comfortable beds, lots of room! Highly recommend this place

Beautiful cabin, awesome game room, amazing hot tub, and great location! Very clean cabin with plenty of room for my wife, six kids, and I. The lake was a little more than a half mile away and only took about an hour to catch 4 trout. Lots of wild life all around! Also close to shopping and a cool little pizza joint Pizza Rio (very delicious!). We will definitely stay again!!!
