Welcome to GrandView Retreat, a spacious Ruidoso getaway where spectacular valley views, comfortable gathering spaces, and plenty of room for family and friends come together. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, this two-level retreat is designed for memorable mountain vacations.
The views begin the moment you step outside. Enjoy sweeping views of the Ruidoso valley from two covered decks, with the upper deck offering an especially impressive vantage point. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, watching the mountains change colors at sunset, or gathering around the outdoor hot tub in the evening, GrandView Retreat gives you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the mountains.

Spacious Main Level
The upper level features a comfortable, open living area with plenty of seating for your group, a gas fireplace, and large windows that bring the mountain setting indoors. The well-equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to stay together while cooking, dining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the view.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this level, including a grand primary suite with its own spacious bathroom. The primary bath features dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of mountain adventures.
Step outside onto the upper deck to take in those grand valley views. The deck also includes a convenient dog potty station, making GrandView Retreat a practical choice for guests traveling with four-legged family members.

Downstairs Fun & Relaxation
Head downstairs and the fun continues! The former garage has been transformed into a private game room, complete with a pool table, ping pong, arcade console and wet bar—the perfect spot for some friendly competition, evening drinks, or keeping the kids entertained.
The fourth bedroom is also located downstairs along with a full bathroom, making this level especially convenient for families or groups who appreciate having their own space. The bedroom offers direct access to the lower deck.
Step outside and you'll find another great place to unwind: the hot tub, where you can soak beneath the mountain sky after a day spent exploring Ruidoso.

GrandView Retreat offers the combination that makes a mountain vacation special: big views, comfortable spaces, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and room for the whole group. Spend the day exploring Ruidoso, visiting local attractions, hiking the surrounding mountains, or simply relaxing at the cabin. Then come home to a game of pool, a soak in the hot tub, and an evening enjoying the views from the deck.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a group mountain retreat, GrandView Retreat gives you plenty of space to gather, relax, play, and make memories together.

Ruidoso, Alto, and surrounding areas: Submerse yourself within the towering pines of Lincoln County and watch local wildlife such as elk, deer, wild horses, turkey, birds, and more in their natural habitats. Plan a day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking, or fishing, golfing at one of our multiple golf courses or spend a fun night out on the town at one of the area’s local attractions! Be sure to swim or fish at the beautiful Grindstone or Alto Lake, delight your senses at Winter Park with roller coaster and tubing, and explore the ski slopes and hiking trails throughout Ski Apache. Win big at one of our three local casinos and enjoy the excitement of live quarter horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack. Be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. Please Note: This home is dog-friendly with a limit of 3 dogs. A pet fee of $50.00 (plus tax) per pet applies. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your furry friend so we can make the necessary arrangements. For their safety and comfort, pets are required to be kenneled when left alone in all of our pet-friendly cabins.

Bedding: 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunkbed twin over full, trundle, sofa sleeper

The fine print, what to expect: Our cabins include basic cable, satellite or streaming television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Our homes come equipped with either a drip or Keurig coffee maker. *Linens and bath towels *Extra blankets and bedding *Spa towels for properties with spas/hot tubs. While our kitchens are fully equipped with glassware/cookware/utensils/dishes, etc. this does not ensure that all homes will have a blender, crock pot, spices, coffee, or condiments. Please call ahead to confirm if items such as these are available. If not, we ask that you bring your own. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: * bar soap *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom, *one (1) travel-sized bar soap and/or facial soap. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited), and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single-use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in a basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under the sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood-burning fireplaces.
