door to the masters bathroom did not close all the way, there was a little blood stain on kids bedsheets and its time to update pillows and blankets but besides all of that it was specious and fun!!

The pictures don’t do it it justice. The house is much larger than pics look. The location was great. Everything was organized with a good book selection. It is a “dated” house but I think it added to the charm of it. It was great for the price. We are already excited to come back. Also the smell of the pine trees on the porch was amazing!

Plenty of space, great location in the middle of town, cabin has lots of sleeping accommodations and plenty of restrooms everything you might need. A little dated but we honestly like it that way feels more authentic and cute. Enjoyed our stay would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was appointed nicely. Everything is a bit dated inside. Great communication for check in but directions need to be updated. Location is really nice! Overall, we had a good stay in Ruidoso and would recommend staying here for anyone.

Firstly I want to say that we really enjoyed our stay, and the neighbors are super sweet! The cabin is in a great spot, close enough to town but far enough away. We came for the 4th of July, and we could see the fireworks through the trees. The house is huge! BUT it needs some updating, and the furniture needs to be arranged differently. It was hard playing pool with such a narrow area to play in. This was probably our favorite thing about the house considering. The beds were very comfortable, and so were the pillows. In the master bedroom the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. It was extremely hot, even with 2 fans going. The rest of the house was cold. Which we like! Over all we had a fun time, and grateful to be able to stay in Ruidoso.

Our stay at the Hummingbird Cabin was very relaxing and enjoyable. All the amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool table and the privacy provided by the large living area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Look forward to returning.

This cabin is perfect for a larger family! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The view of the sunrise and sunset is beautiful on the porch swing with a cup of your favorite drink. The beds are super comfy and the couches are extra cozy. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the couple of puzzles that were available, however I would recommend bringing a couple of other games or activities to help pass the time. Hummingbird Cabins place was so close to downtown and easy to get to. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

For the price it's very roomy and close to many attractions. The place was a bit outdated but overall well kept. Floors and counters were dirty so was grill. Would recommend :)

Great cabin for big or multiple families. It was bigger than we expected. There is plenty of sleeping space and options, along with a lot of sitting space. All the rooms are spacious and have access to a bathroom. Loved the swing on the front porch

The house was great! Location was great. Only thing we didn’t like was that the pillowcases and bedsheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed. Also the restroom door in one of the bedrooms didn’t not close all the way. House was about 5 mins from the town. Not too far from everything

This home had plenty of room for our grown family of five to spread out. We enjoyed the pool table and ate several meals on the spacious front porch table. The home could use a little updating, however it didn't keep us from enjoying the space.
