From the amazing drive up to the home, to seeing the entrance was well worth it. First view of the inside was the best. We all as a family very much enjoyed the home and the cleanliness of it as well. The location was perfect, the view of the mountains was PERFECT ! We would definitely be staying again soon! The property was a dream we would wake up every morning wishing we could be there longer hummingbird cabins was very easy to book and super easy to check in and out plus they had everything we needed to cook for our self in the cabin no need to bring anything from the house my party and I loved it we will be back next month

This property was perfect for our group! We will definitely stay there again. Wishing we had stayed longer! The owners have covered all the basics, right down to providing 2 coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was absolutely terrific. Would totally stay there again. Exactly as pictured. The bedroom with the two queen beds (not pictured) is just as well done as the rest of the house. Super comfortable all around. Plenty of space for the six of us adults and kids to eat breakfast and dinner. Also to hang out, play board games, watch movies and sports post-skiing / snowboarding at Apache. The reservation and check-in and check-out process was easy. Communication from the management company, Hummingbird Cabins, was 5-star. Thanks for the great vacation! Our group loved it!

Communication was great. We left a small bag, didn't realize it was missing and within 24 hours we were notified. It was shipped back to us very quickly. The cabin met our needs. We found hummingbird, and bird feeders. They kept us entertained after a day of exploring, gaming and shopping. The grill on the deck - the deck itself - was great. The views beautiful.

The cabin is great! Definitely recommend if traveling in a large group. Everyone gets their privacy and the whole cabin is spacious. The view to ski Apache is absolutely beautiful! Only a 5- 7 minutes drive to downtown. Looking forward to going back.

Really nice place. Well decorated - well supplied - no complaints at all ! Plenty of room - perfect for a large group. One large Great Room with a stand-behind bar, open-air kitchen, dining, and living connected to wrap-around 2nd level porch. Just great!

I had a group of friends that helped me celebrate my birthday at Longhorn Vista in Ruidoso. The house was perfect for 3 couples. Everything was there that we needed except a corkscrew. The only down side to the home is the stones leading up to the front door. They are in loose gravel and it is easy to trip on. If older adults are considering staying here, I would reconsider, as it is a fall liability. Other than that, it is a wonderful home to stay in.

Perfect home away from home
This home was super nice and the beds were soooo comfortable. Walking out of our bedrooms every morning - we had the most beautiful view of Ruidoso. We absolutely loved everything in the home. It was just what we needed for a mini-vacation. We are looking forward to coming back!

The cabin was clean but there can be just a bit more attention to detail like cleaning the blinds or fixing the towel rack. The washer also needs a cleaning. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely rent again.

Everything was great. Your home is beautiful and we loved it. However, we could not get the dishwasher to work and a 2" x 4" piece of tile fell off one corner near the sliding glass door. I called that one in to maintenance as soon as it happened but the guy did not show up. Also, the place needs some throw blankets. Thank you!

My brother and I enjoyed 5 days at this location and really enjoyed the views and very large, neat and clean accommodations. Communication was very good and the place was nice and clean upon arrival. Very quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay!

Our family recently stayed at Longhorn Vista, it was very obvious that this was new cabin to the rental program which generally deters us from renting. Upon arrival we were completely overwhelmed with home in general: pictures matches description, linens towels clean, home was fresh and easy to use. The patio area is very inviting and the owners have additional cushions in the entry closet for use. Thank you for allowing us to make new memories in your beautiful home.
