This was a great property, beautiful location. The cabin is cozy, nicely decorated, fireplace was nice but it was pretty cold in the bedroom with the heater on, however It was tollerable with an extra blanket. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, the deck was nice and hot tub was very nice to relax. The bed is a bit hard but not terrible.The dryer was unavailable for use so we just hung our bathing suits to dry no issue. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was immaculate!! The hot tub was amazing and the cabin was incredibly cozy. We loved our stay and would love to be back again. There’s so much to say!! Although it’s in a residential area, you still have the privacy needed. You walk in and the place is so bright inside. It’s very cozy and has two master bedrooms. The hot ton is amazing and has curtains to low for more privacy. I come to Ruidoso every year and have stayed at many places. This is definitely a favorite of mine! Forgot to mention the cleanliness is top notch. Definitely the cleanest out of other places I’ve stayed.

The property was well maintained and clean. overall we would come back here. The location was fantastic for site seeing other towns or just visiting midtown. It was really nice having a hot tub and fireplace. The property management was very responsive and accommodating. The only thing we were missing from the property list was a hairdryer which they offered to bring to us quickly.

A nice quiet neighborhood with a pretty decent view. The house in my opinion couldve been cleaner but it looked like all major surfaces were cleaned. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The property is in a great location and has a wonderful deck and hot tub. There were few kinks, but maintenance came out to help. I would recommend and rebook for sure.

The cabin was great. Awesome location very close to everything you could need on a getaway trip. The house was clean and well stocked and the host was very quick with responding to messages/concerns we had during our stay. The only down side was the dryer was out of service and we were not notified prior to getting there that we were not going to be able to wash our clothes during our week stay. I’m sure it working now though. Overall great stay and great location!

My 2 children loved the hot tub & the fact that were so close to the shops. Very private family getaway. We grilled the day we got in and made Turkey the following day, really had quality family time. We couldn't turn on the gas fireplace, it seemed maybe the gas was off or we just couldn't figure it out, but not a big deal. We had a great time and would stay again.

We loved seeing a new part of the country. This house was up on a hill with a fabulous view. We even saw the wild horses several times. Very peaceful.

Saw 3 spinders in the house and exposed of them. Recommend spraying for bugs and removing the visible cobwebs outside the house. Note from HBC: we in the mountains do experience critters because this is their natural habitat. All of our homes are sprayed monthly for insects.

The location of the property is wonderful. It was so close to all the shops but felt secluded when you are sitting on the large patio. We really enjoyed all the wildlife that came up to the property. This cabin is perfect for a couple getaway! Everything was clean, and fully stocked. The hot tub was relaxing and very clean.

We booked this cabin because of the location, which was walking distance to the main shopping area, yet far enough into the mountain to have a beautiful view and even spot some deer! We also liked that the property came with a hot tub, two full bathrooms and two king size beds. This place was perfect for two couples. We made use of the grill and cooked our own meals, which was also really fun. The AC got nice and cold too. The only thing that bothered me were several big spiders we found in the bathroom and our pillow cases had some holes in them. Those are minor things and the cabin was really great for the price. The instruction book was also very helpful!

The cabin had a lovely view atop the hill, and was mostly clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. There are lots of stairs outside, so little kids need to be very closely supervised. But overall relaxing and lovely stay.

We came home to Ruidoso to reconnect - Kizzy Kove was perfect for us. At the top of the hill, total silence and nature all around, made for a perfect getaway. We had easy communication with the staff when we had questions. Kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks Hummingbird for a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Spring Break Vacation
Our first true vacation away from home and it was an unforgettable experience. The cabin and everything it had to offer was breathtaking and perfect. Beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding nature. Peaceful and quiet as well. We will definitely be returning.

Really a great property to stay at, accurate representation of what all the pictures show on the listing. It was far enough off Sudderth that it felt secluded but close enough to be downtown quickly. Nice amount of room for the 4 of us that stayed, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was quite nice as well. Not sure if the crew that was cleaning the roads was from HBC but they did a tremendous job clearing the ice and snow from the roads around the cabin. One thing I wish would have been done was to have the walkway and deck salted for the ice as well, it had snowed a few days before we visited and the ice accumulated where you had to walk to and from the cabin. Would definitely recommend this property!

Rented this to take two 80 year old women for a weekend in Ruidoso. It was very comfortable and quiet, located in a good place to get around town. Beds were fine, everything was clean and usable and as advertised. We would really recommend a light be placed in garage side of the patio entrance. Also, future visitors in Winter should really watch the weather around time of stay, it is a steep, curvy, shady drive and snow and ice accumulate and stay many days after it has melted most other places.

Already recommended to friends and family. Location is great. The cabin is clean and beautiful. Everything extra for cooking is awesome and very convenient. Location to town is great. View from balcony is nice and saw deer in the mornings close by. Furniture was fair. Update needed soon including tv’s. One level was needed and worked out well for us. Few steps getting up to the house from the driveway by garage. Enjoyed the stay.

It was a very pleasing view. It could've been cleaner. There was insects and spiders to watch out for a lot inside of the cabin. With a newborn and a toddler I had to be very careful. Other than that, it was a nice stay

It is very spacious, very quiet and neighbors don’t bother you. Very private cabin. TV and DVD are old need to be replace. Pans need to be replace, they are burned. It is so close to downtown. It is very nice to sit outside, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the deer pass by. If you like to cook bring your own spices as there is none. Cabin was very clean, beds were comfortable but sofas are a little bit old. I enjoy my stay. Will definitely recommend this cabin. Didn’t had a chance to try out the jacuzzi.

The placement of this cabin in Ruidoso is so nice. The scenery from the front porch is breathtaking while still only being a few minutes away from the downtown area! The place itself gives off such an authentic getaway vibe. And don’t forget the luxury of having a hot tub!! The hosts are very supportive with any questions you may have and respond quickly. Definitely recommend!
