Set high atop a tree crested hillside is the gem "Valley View". Valley View gets its name from just that; the incredible views of the breathtaking valley in which the village of Ruidoso sits in. This spacious, 3200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home boasts an unobstructed view of the valley from both the upper and lower level back decks! Relax inside next to the large stone fireplace and enjoy the quiet comfort within the sophisticated yet cozy living room with vaulted ceilings or whip up a meal for all in the large, well equipped kitchen and sit outside for a meal amongst nature. Valley View has a great "modern meets southwestern" motif throughout with great appeal and even has a bonus room that's an office which also overlooks the valley. Master bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk in shower. It also has a his and her closet that has to be seen to believe! The two other bedrooms share the same home motif each with a Queen sized bed, flat screen TVs and large closets. The guest bathroom and washer and dryer and in located between both bedrooms! In addition, the hot tub located on the bottom back deck is the perfect place to soak it all in; nature, the view, the starry night skies or gather around the outdoor fireplace and do the same! Valley View has it all and will make your vacation one to remember! Home has central heat and air-conditioning. Wood burning fireplace (wood not provided). Dog friendly, limit 1. Garage for guest use.
Ruidoso, Alto, and surrounding areas: Submerse yourself within the towering pines of Lincoln County and watch local wildlife such as elk, deer, wild horses, turkey, birds and more in their natural habitats. Plan a day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking or fishing, golfing at one of our multiple golf courses or spend a fun night out on the town at one of the area’s local attractions! You'll be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. Please read! *Our cabins include basic cable or satellite television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Our homes come equipped with either a drip or Keurig coffee maker. *Linens and bath towels *Extra blankets and bedding *Spa towels for properties with spas/hot tubs. While our kitchens are fully equipped with glassware/cookware/utensils/dishes, etc. this does not ensure that all homes will have a blender, crock pot, spices, coffee, or condiments. Please call ahead to confirm if items such as these are available. If not, we ask that you bring your own. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: *One (1) travel sized each of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, and facial bar soap, *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on holder and two (2) stored in bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on holder and two (2) stored in bathroom, *one (1) travel sized bar soap and/or facial soap, *one (1) hairdryer in the home. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited) and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood burning fireplaces.

We saw deer walk up to the deck one night we were in the hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. We loved our stay and will be back!

It was so breathtaking and such a wonderful experience to walk out with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the whole valley. The house was clean with very nice furniture and amenities. Loved having the fireplace and hot tub! Such a cozy spot. Definitely coming back!
