All was good, we slept in the bedroom on the back of the condo, the bed was way to soft for us to get a good night sleep. The rental was decorated was pretty, as they all have been. Enjoyed sitting in the early morning on the patio & listening to the the birds, blue jays mainly, watching the Elk stroll by slowly. I also like to walk around the golf course on the golf cart path in the early morning. Can't wait till next year for our yearly trip.

Fairway To Heaven was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed the house and it was just right for two couples! It had two king beds and 2 bathrooms! It wasn’t far to anywhere we wanted to go! I am so glad they were able to get us into this place! The hostess had things labeled for things and even some of the light switches! I would definitely go back there again in the future! It was nice that you didn’t have to worry about having stairs to climb! It made it nice to easily get in and out of the house!

Overall, a beautiful home and very nicely decorated. Was stocked with all our needs. The only other issue was the sliding door to the patio, was very difficult to open and close. Golf course a typical public course. Otherwise, a perfect place. Will plan on going again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairway to Heaven. The condo was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very clean and we had a White Thanksgiving and we were in total comfort. Homeowner did a super job labeling where items were and we will definitely be back. Already recommended to other friends and they plan on booking this condo. Thanks so much for a restful and special time in Ruidoso.

The place is beautiful, couldn’t ask for more. The variety of local fauna is incredible. Deer, elk and wild turkeys are roaming around and between houses. Great location, great view, and the house offers all the comforts you need. We will be back!

We love Ruidoso, NM more than ever because of the wonderful stay with friends at Fairway to Heaven. Everything we could have asked for was available here and easy to find in the condo. From the great views of deer and elk around the golf course, and the accommodation's closeness to town and restaurants, all were incredible! So glad we found this place for our future summer trips for relief from the Texas' hot summers.

We found working with Hummingbird properties delightful. As seniors, we have traveled for over 43 years. We stayed in one of their properties, "FAIRWAY TO HEAVAN>" The unit was great. The experience with the home as well as Hummingbird management exceeeded our expectations. We would highly recommend using them and we loved the property as it was decorated beautifully and equipped with everything we needed over a 2 week stay.

This property is as beautiful as the pictures display. Right on the golf course with walking distance to the clubhouse and pro shop. Never before have we seen a rental place that has everything - the kitchen is stocked just like your home for a weekend or week stay. Amazing place! Will stay here again!

Condo was perfect for our girls getaway! The location was perfect, condo was very clean, and beautifully appointed with a southwestern flair. It had a covered patio facing a fairway where we could watch deer morning and evening. We will be back!

Enjoyed our 3 nights there. 2 king beds was great for 2 couples. It was great seeing elk and deer from the front windows and door. Close to town and great walking area for additional views. Everything was as described. We thought the 4pm check-in a bit late, but received your email 1 day earlier that said we could enter at 1pm. That was too late for us to change our arrival plans.

This was a lovely stay for me and my family. The home is centrally located and close to EVERYTHING. The home is super clean and the host has thought of everything you could possibly want. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the view from the master bedroom. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Fairway to Heaven is a very accommodating condo. It was nice to have a 2/bedroom 2 bath, with a king size bed in each. Furnishings are really nice, but there is a lot of furniture in every room, so small or toddler children might be a concern. Home was Very clean, well supplied, centrally located in Ruidosa with easy access to all that Ruidosa has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this Home for our next visit. Loved the keypad access to condo . No keys to pickup, keep up with, and return on day of departure. Great feature! Loved having the special I.d. Tags directing us on where to look for supplies. The condo was supplied with ample kitchen utensils and dishes. Home decor and furnishings flow with the natural surroundings of New Mexico. Views of Sierra Blanca mountains are amazing. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was our second stay with Hummingbird Cabins and we enjoyed it very much. Our stay at Almost Heaven was a very peaceful and much-needed getaway. The location was perfect and the cabin was also very inviting. We only had a couple of concerns. The mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms were very worn. One had the spring almost coming out and was poking the person staying the in bed; the other was visibly dipped inward in the middle. There were also quite a few cobwebs around the inside. I don’t know that we will select this cabin again; however, we will try another.

We stayed in Fairway to Heaven and it was wonderful. Great customer service, easy to stay, great location, fabulous home, all the supplies we needed and more. It’s just a shame we only slept in the cabin. We were too busy doing stuff to hang around the house, but we loved it. Beds were super comfy and the place is very clean and nice. My parents, son, and I stayed with Humming Bird March 10-14, 2016. The condo was wonderful. It was exactly as described and accurate to the pictures. I will gladly stay in any of their cabins again. The staff was wonderful and responsive to our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin was furnished with style and comfort. Did not do any cooking but could have with all the utilities and cookware in the kitchen. Really appreciated the Tvs in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again.
