This was our 2nd stay in this home and will be our choice every time we visit Ruidoso in the future. We love that it’s a one level home with lots of seating in the living room which splits two huge bedrooms. Very comfy and spacious home in a lovely neighborhood.

We stayed four days and five nights at the Antler Mountain Chalet, and we were very comfortable. The cabin was clean and well-furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Deer and elk walked by the back deck each morning. There are other cabins visible from the deck, but it was still private and peaceful.

this was a last minute relocation booking late at night and they responded quickly, timely, and got me in so I had a comfy place to rest my head and have ALL the amenities I needed. The view and property is beautiful and I will stay here again on my next trip!

This was a beautiful, peaceful, and perfect Abnb for us. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It looks even better in person! It was close to everything, but away enough for privacy. We were so happy staying there, and hope to stay again next time we're in Ruidoso.

Very nice 'cabin'. Two bedrooms, each with own bathroom, accomodates two small families. Central space is very nice with views of Ruidoso's mountains. I recommend it!

It was such a pleasure getting away and staying in your charming cabin! With our family of 5, we found ourselves comfortably relaxed in the spacious rooms. Our kids enjoyed staying in their own “suite” complete with a TV for them to connect their Nintendo Switch to play and stay entertained. Additionally, we were constantly amazed to see so many deer wandering around the property! The cabin was also perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to the grocery store, Winter park, and other restaurants and retail places. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your cabin and I foresee us visiting it again in the future! Thank you

We stayed for the weekend during the Aspen motorcycle rally. The house was perfect for two couples with both bedrooms having an en suite bathroom. Very clean and spacious! Seeing all the deer and elk was a great bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay with our two small dogs in this very comfortable, well appointed cabin with lovely views and abundant wildlife in the neighborhood. It was a quiet area but not far at all from downtown and areas of interest!

Great overall experience. Very spacious cabin, with great amenities. Very peaceful spot, with easy access to get to town if needed. Saw a bunch of wildlife, had a ton of space for kids to run around and play. Also had great views. Cabin itself is cozy and relaxing with a jetted tub.

Aside from the daily wood packer showing up at the crack of dawn every morning our stay was great. I would also recommend changing the trash can in the kitchen to a touchless type. One you could open with your foot.

The cabin is very spacious and comfortable for families! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals, and the living room is huge! There are 4 sofas and a reclining chair for the whole family to gather and relax. We loved the location. As a word of caution, the hill to the garage is steep and will require a 4x4 during snowy weather. I’m summary, it was a lovely stay!

Great stay overall. Well decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Deer came up to us, and one morning there was a large male elk right outside the back porch. Nice to have the garage. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Things that should be noted: there is a flight of stairs from the front or the garage to get in the house; for arrival, the door code will not be active until 4pm exactly, so don't plan to arrive early; if you use the fireplace, there will probably be strong smoke smell throughout the house; the coffee maker is regular, not k-cup; 2 beds in guest room are queen, not king

We came to ski and we didn't get to because there was no snow but if we were trapped and had no where to go we would stay here. It was very nice. Wish we could stay longer.

The cabin was perfect for our family and in a good location. The only thing I didn’t anticipate were the 16 steps up to the front door. For someone with issues climbing stairs be aware of this. Otherwise the place was clean and well appointed. It was cozy and comfortable and was great to go back to and relax after a day of shopping and having fun in Ruidoso.

For less than the cost of a pair of hotel rooms, we stayed in a beautiful two bedroom, two bath home; high in the hills above Ruidoso, with a totally spectacular view! Lots of space, plenty of privacy, large kitchen to prepare our own meals. The house sits above an accessible two car garage, and has abundant parking in front.

We loved the view...deer visit daily. Nice porches!!! We enjoyed this cabin!!! The view is breathtaking... deer in the yard everyday! We are from Texas and we are used to an A/C- didn't realize this home didn't have one. We opened all the windows and with the cool evenings we adjusted just fine. Would definitely go back again!

We stayed in Antler Mountain Chalet and it was a great cabin. Overall our stay was perfect. We had a leak we noticed from one of the showers on the second day that they sent someone over to fix it while we skied and it was never a problem after that. Honestly, great size cabin and very nice stay. BUT.. as we were preparing to leave we failed to notice some of the checkout instructions such as taking out your own trash bags to dumpsters elsewhere and washing and putting up your dishes. So I will GLADLY own up to not noticing the instructions for checkout but what blows my mind is the fact that you even have to do those things when it is a vacation rental. I have vacationed through many different agencies for vacation homes and it has never been required to take out your own trash when you pack up to leave or wash the dishes. Please note that when we left we went out of our way to make sure we left it as nicely as possible and even took all of the trash bags down the stairs for the maid so that they wouldn’t have to make multiple trips up and down the stairs alone. Oh, and don’t let me forget, they charged us $60 for leaving 6 trash bags (we had 6 people staying in the cabin for 4 days) and maybe 5-8 dishes to wash that they considered not “normal” house cleaning. SO, MORAL OF THE STORY, unless you want to be your own maid on vacation, I wouldn’t recommend using Hummingbird. $60 is what I can pay someone to clean my WHOLE house so I don’t think I was being ridiculous at all to think that it was ridiculous to charge us $60 for trash bags and a few dishes. Lets just say that we go to Ruidoso every year around this time and I would have happily stayed with them again but they just lost a customer over $60. **I do not need a response on this comment/review from the agency, because we clearly will not ever agree on this. But I wanted to leave this review for future renters.
