Golf Getaway

Nestled in the pine trees in Alto, Golf Getaway is a great, secluded spot to relax and soak in the sights and sounds of the mountains on 10 acres of land! This 3 bedroom 2381 sq. ft. home is 2 levels and has a quaint cottage feel inside. Sit in the living area next to the fireplace and enjoy a good movie on the TV or hang out in the garage and play a game of pool or ping pong. The master bedroom on the entry level has a large master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the back deck and rest in the mountain breeze. Golf Getaway is the perfect spot to see wildlife at its finest as well! (Wood Burning Fireplace) This Property DOES have Central Air Conditioning. 

Ruidoso, Alto and Surrounding areas: Surround yourself with the towering pines of Lincoln County and local wildlife such as Elk, Mule Deer, Wild Horses, Turkey, Birds and more.  Whether you are visiting the Land of Enchantment for the slopes of Ski Apache, the thrill of live horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, or gaming at one of our 3 casinos... this cabin is the perfect rest stop for your New Mexico getaway!  Plan your day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking or fishing.  Grab your clubs and spend the day at one of our multiple golf courses; you will be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle.

Cabin includes basic cable or satellite television, coffee pot or K-cup, cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer, towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. We encourage guests be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. 

Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full. 

*Alto Country Club properties have a strict 1 car per bedroom limit regulation and the exact number of guests that the listing states. If this is violated, extra guests may be asked to leave and your reservation and security deposit could be forfeited
