Policies
To Rent:

Application: |
A $40 rental
application fee is required. This will include a credit
report and criminal background check. All rental
applications will be approved or denied using the same
approval criteria. Hummingbird Cabins does
business according to all Federal Fair Housing Laws. |

Upon approval: |
Security
deposit is required. Rent will be prorated if move-in
date is other than the first of the month. |
|
Rent: |
Rent on all
properties is due on the first of the month at Hummingbird Cabins
office. Rent must be paid by check or money order. No
cash please. |
|
Utilities: |
All utilities
are the responsibility of the tenant except where noted
for each unit. |
|
Pets: |
Pets are
allowed only in certain units and include an extra
security deposit. |
New properties
for long term rentals are always welcome!
